Websites for local businesses.

I build the site, wire the enquiry form straight to your inbox, put it on your own .ca address, and get it linked to your Google listing โ€” or set one up if you haven't got one. You own the files at the end.

Free one-page mockup of your business, built before you pay me anything. No commitment.

And yes โ€” the rest of this is a slam book. Remember those notebooks you passed around in school where friends answered nosy questions? This is mine. Keep scrolling.

Page 1 โ€” About Me

Full name:
Vidhyasagar Chitharanjan Doss (this is why the domain says "Vid")
What everyone calls me:
Vid. One syllable. You already know it forever.
Where I live:
Mississauga, Ontario ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ โ€” yes, I'll meet you for coffee.
What I do:
Web developer. 10+ years building software professionally โ€” now I build websites that get local businesses found, trusted, and called.
My ambition in life:
That when someone Googles your business, they find YOU โ€” not your competitor across the street.
Hobbies:
Cycling the waterfront trail, teaching kids math on weekends, accepting coffee.

Page 2 โ€” What I Can Do For You

(the part my teachers would call "the point")

"I don't have a website" ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

I'll build you one from scratch โ€” fast, mobile-friendly, easy to find on Google, and it actually looks like your business. Ready in days, not months.

"My website is... old" ๐Ÿฆ–

If your site was last touched when flash mobs were cool, I'll rebuild it into something you're proud to put on your van, your card, and your fridge.

"I have zero time for this" โฐ

Good โ€” you shouldn't be doing this yourself. I handle everything: domain, hosting, updates. You run your business, I keep the website running.

"Nobody can find me on Google" ๐Ÿ”Ž

I'll get your new site linked to your Google Business Profile โ€” or set one up from scratch if you haven't got one โ€” so when someone looks you up, they land on you and not a directory page. The verification step runs on Google's timeline, not mine, but I'll walk you through it.

Page 3 โ€” Show and Tell

(every slam book had that one kid who actually brought something in. hi.)

Straight up: these are demo builds, not real shops. I invented both businesses so you can click around a finished site instead of taking my word for it. Want to see yours? I'll build a free one-page mockup of your actual business before you pay me anything.

Page 5 โ€” The Nosy Questions

(asked by real business owners, answered honestly)

"How much does a website cost?"

Less than you fear, more than $0. It depends on what you need โ€” in our first chat I'll give you a straight number and you can sleep on it. No pressure tactics, ever.

"How long does it take?"

A simple local business site: days, not months. I'll give you a real date before we start, and I'll hit it.

"I'm not techy at all. Is that a problem?"

It's the opposite of a problem โ€” it's my favourite kind of client. You explain your business in plain English, I handle 100% of the technical stuff, and I never answer a question with jargon.

"Will I be able to find you after you're paid?"

Yes. I live here, I build long-term relationships, and I want your referrals โ€” which means your site has to keep working and you have to keep liking me.

"Why is this website a slam book?"

Because you smiled, didn't you? That's what a good website does โ€” it makes people remember you. I'd like to do the same for your business.

In school, the last page was for your best friend.
In business, it's for the owner who's tired of not having a proper website.
